STICKINESS CONTROL TYPE HEAD BOX FOR PAPERMAKING MACHINE, ITS CONTROLLER AND CONTROL METHOD USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller and method for controlling a head box, enabling good and rapid extraction of a horizontal distribution from noisy distribution data and further exactly enabling control of such head box by providing the head box reduced in vertical distribution hindrance. SOLUTION: This stickiness control type head box for papermaking machine is equipped with a common pulp slurry feed pipe 1, many paper stocks-feeding pipes 2 branched from the common feed pipe 1 and a means for controlling composition of pulp slurry flow in each paper stock feed pipe of many paper stock feed pipe 2. At least one paper stock sensor 22 for controlling paper stock stickiness in every partition is fitted in the head box.
