PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the colliding and leakage between a power feeding member and a core roller and further, the damage of these parts, even if a mutual contact surface is deviated from a fixed position by placing the mutual contact surface of a power receiving member with the power feeding member outside from the outside end face in the center axis line direction of the rotation of the core roller. SOLUTION: A flat top face 152 as the contact surface of the power receiving member 15 with the power feeding member 16 is arranged outside at a distanceαfrom the outside end face in the axial direction of the core roller 10, in the center axis line direction of the rotation of the core roller 10 and the power receiving member 15 is attached to such a core roller 10. Therefore, even if the center of the mutual contact surface of the power feeding member 16 with the power receiving member 15 is slightly shifted from the center axis line of the rotation of the core roller 10, the mutual contact surface of the power feeding member 16 with the power receiving member 15 is outside at the distanceαfrom the outside end face 101 of the core roller 10, so that a sufficient insulation distance is kept between the power feeding member 16 and the outside end face 101, to prevent the leakage from the power feeding member 16 to the outside end face 101 not normally insulated.
