PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner composite fixable at low temperature to reduce the energy consumption in fixing process, hardly offset to a fixing machine, and having a wide fixing latitude. SOLUTION: This thermal fixing toner composite comprises a toner grain containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, the binder resin is mainly composed of a crystalline resin having a hardens at normal temperature of durometer D hardness 20 or more, a melting point of 40-120 deg.C, and a rubber-like area in the range of melted viscosity 10<2> Pa.s-10<6> Pa.s, and formed of a copolymer of a monomer represented by the formula CH2 =C(R1 )(X-R2 ) and ethylene or propylene, and a carboxyl group or hydroxyl group formed by hydrolysis is present on the toner grain surface. In the formula, R1 represents hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms, X represents -COO- or -OCO-, and R2 represents an alkyl group having 1-8 carbon atoms. |
