<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the interior of a balcony at a fixed temperature in a simple constitution and with a simple fitting work by fixing the upper part of a flexible vinyl sheet to an upper horizontal frame by a rope, and fixing a middle part to a reinforcement bar by a rope. SOLUTION: Plural ropes as a first connection member are installed on the upper part of a transparent or translucent flexible vinyl sheet 2, and plural ropes as a second connection member are installed on the middle part. An upper part of a heat insulating sheet 1 is wound around an upper horizontal frame 8, and fixed by the first connection member, and the middle part of the heat insulating sheet 1 is fixed to a reinforcement bar by a second connection member. Thus, the side wall of balconies 7 and 7 connected to the outside is intercepted to prevent blowing of strong wind, and in winter, the inside of the balcony is kept at a fixed temperature. A buffer band 13 is fixed to the lowermost part of the flexible vinyl sheet 2 to be preferably brought into contact with the outside surface of the base floor part 12 of the balcony 7.</p> |
