PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide vibration damping parts for refrigerant pipes in an air conditioner, whose cost is reduced. SOLUTION: A heat-resistant, self-weldable rubber 1a and a non-heat-resistant, self-weldable rubber 1b are simultaneously extruded and joined together, thereby forming a two-layer structure consisting of the heat-resistant, self-weldable rubber and the heat-nonresistant, self-weldable rubber and, by laminating a film 2 on the surface of the heat-nonresistant, self-weldable rubber, durability is designated to be increased. According to this method, the heat-resistant, self-weldable rubber can be used by bringing it into close contact with refrigerant pipes 3a, 3b which become high in temperature, thus the cost of parts can be reduced. |
