<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a monitoring operator in a central monitor room and an operator existing in a field where a controlled equipment is installed to execute inspection while checking the advance state of inspecting operation in accordance with operation guidance. SOLUTION: A transmission line 25 is laid between the central montoring room 12 and the near-by position of the controlled equipment 15 and a display part 16 for displaying operation guidance, a voice I/O part 23 capable of interacting with an operator for inspecting the controlled equipment, a storage part 21 for storing the operation guidance and voice data, and a transmission part 20 for transmitting/receiving the operation guidance and the voice data to/from the transmission line are included in the room 12. A portable terminal 30 integrating a transmission part 35 for transmitting/receiving various information to/from the transmission part 20 in the room 12 through a radio wave to the transmission line, a display part 31 for displaying operation guidance successively received through the transmission part 35 and a voice I/O part 33 for executing conversation in its inside is arranged in the vicinity of the controlled equipment 15.</p> |
