PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable firm fixation to a photoreceptor drum, to secure conduction with the photoreceptor drum and to eliminate the deformation of a photoreceptor, for keeping roundness by making a part press-fitted into the photoreceptor drum composed of metal fittings by deep drawing in a press working method. SOLUTION: The metal fittings by the deep drawing 8 as an electrophotographic photoreceptor flange are provided with an inserted part 9 inserted into the end of a photoreceptor 1 and a flange part 10. A resin part is attached to the inside of the inserted part 9 and a bearing 8a excellent in slidability is fixed on the resin part. Further, a hook part 12 for connection to a driving shaft is provided in a position inside from the flange part 10. The hook part 12 is housed in the position inside from the flange part 10, so that a driving force transmission part can be placed inside from the entire length of the drum. The flange part 10 is used as the part for stopping press-fitting into the drum 1 and makes the film fixation to the drum 1, in cooperation with the inserted part 9, to guarantee excellent conduction with the drum 1. In other words, the flange part 10 functions for primary conduction and the inserted part 9 functions for secondary conduction. |
