PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration in a high frequency zone in a perpendicular-to-axis direction without degrading damping performance against the vibration of a low frequency zone in an axial direction. SOLUTION: A partitioning member 15 for partitioning the inside of a fluid chamber 14 into an upper part chamber 14a and a lower part chamber 14b is fixed onto an inner tube 11. A cushioning rubber 16 is applied onto the outer periphery surface of the partitioning member 15, and its part is used as a stopper part for regulating excessive displacement in the perpendicular-to-axis direction of both tubes 11, 12. An elastic wall 17 running along the axial direction of both the tubes 11, 12 is combined with the lower surface of the partitioning member 15, and an orifice ring part 18 is formed at the lower end of the elastic wall 17. The orifice ring part 18 is overhung in the inner periphery surface direction of the outer tube 12, and an orifice clearance d2 is formed in a space to the inner periphery surface. A metallic ring 19 is embedded in the orifice ring part 18. The elastic wall 17 is deformed in a compressive pulling direction at the time of inputting vibration in the axial direction, and is deformed in shearing direction at the time of inputting vibration in the perpendicular-to-axis direction. |
