PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accurate transmission data and increase the quantitative property of data by removing the emission data component contained in the data collected as the transmission data. SOLUTION: The Tm data collected in a Tm memory 22 contain not only the true transmission data by the radioactive rays from a line radiation source 18 but also the emission data from an object 30 passing through a T mask. A transmission data correcting circuit 26 calculates Tt=Tm-Em.k.(Tc/Tv) to obtain Tt data, where Em is the emission data from the nuclide in the object 30, (k) is the collection efficiency ratio between the T mask and an E mask, and Tc/Tv is the ratio between the Tc data and Tv data count-collected by a Tc memory 23 and a Tv memory 24 for each address. The Tt data become the true transmission data.
