PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal without generating disturbance in a circuit, of which output impedance is small and of which consumption current is small, by controlling an analog switch on the basis of the signal, which is synchronized with the exciting signal, in a sensor, in which the secondary voltage is output by supply of the primary voltage in proportion to a changed variable. SOLUTION: A sensor 101 is excited by an exciting circuit 102, and the output signal 103 thereof is smoothened by a filter 104, which is formed of a resistor, a diode and a capacitor. On the other hand, the synchronizing signal 107 synchronized with the signal 103 is taken out of the exciting circuit 102, and delayed by a circuit 108, and the analog switch 109 is controlled by this signal, and when disturbance due to the spike-like signal 105, which is overlapped with the signal through the filter 104, is eliminated, the signal through the filter 104 is connected to the hold circuit 110 so as to obtain the output signal 111, which is not disturbed by disturbance. Plural sensors 101 can be processed by one pair of circuits. |
