摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting a high-speed moving object in a temperature measuring device using an infrared thermal image processing device. SOLUTION: An optical shutter 7 is provided on the optical system of an infrared camera 2 in such a manner as to be openable and closable, and the infrared camera 2 is line-scanned to input the infrared ray of a determined position of a conveyor 21, it is converted into a thermal image by a signal processing part 3a, and the thermal image is recorded in a recording medium 4. First, second, and third position detecting parts 12-14 are arranged in proper positions of the conveyor 21 as passing detecting parts of a carried object 31. When the object 31 passes the first position detecting part 12, the recording to the recording medium 4 is started, when it passes the second position detecting part 13, the optical shutter 7, is opened and when it passes the third position detecting part 14, the optical shutter 7 is closed, and the recording the recording medium 4 is also terminated. The recorded thermal image is read out by a computer 5, and only the position exceeding a predetermined threshold temperature with this temperature as boundary is taken as the object to reconfigure the thermal image.</p>
