PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an electrophotographic dry lithographic plate which is applicable to scanning exposure of low output laser beam, and excellent in plate quality and printing quality with satisfactorily printing resistance in which simplification, increase in rapidity and labor saving can be realized, and a highly fine image can be faithfully reproduced. SOLUTION: A non-fixed toner image 5 is formed on the surface of an electrophotographic photoreceptor 11 by use of a liquid developer according to electrophotographic process, a releasable transfer layer 12 is provided on the whole surface of the photoreceptor having the toner image carried thereon. After the transfer layer 12 and the toner image 5 are transferred onto a primary receptor 20, and then transferred onto a lithographic plate support body 30. A non-adhesive resin layer 6, whose adhesive force to the transfer layer surface is larger than the adhesive force between the toner image and the support body surface by 180g.f or more with respect to the adhesion measured on the basis of JIS Z0237-1980 'adhesive tape, adhesive sheet test method', is provided on the whole surface of the transfer layer 12. Thereafter, the transfer layer and the non-adhesive resin layer 6 on the toner image 5 are selectively removed to form an electrophotographic dry lithographic plate. |
