PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bevel toothed belt free from dust generation and superior in feed accuracy, by forming the whole area from a back face of a bevel toothed belt in which a core wire is buried, to a tooth flank, out of a urethane elastomer obtained by mixing specific quantities of a urethane polymer, plasticizer and hardener, and hardening the same. SOLUTION: The whole from a back face 20 to a tooth flank 11, of a bevel toothed belt 1 is formed of a urethane elastomer, and plural core wires 12 extending in the longitudinal direction, are buried in the same. The urethane elastomer is obtained by mixing and hardening 100wt.% of urethane prepolymer, 10-30wt.% of a plasticizer, and 8-20wt.% of hardener, and silicone or the like is added as an additive. The urethane prepolymer is a preplymer composed of hydroxyl group end polyole, and is composed of one or two kinds of polyester polyole or the like, and the polyester polyole is, for example, a condensate of polycarboxylic acid and low molecular polyole. |
