SOLUTION: When a user inputs data from an input device 101 and carries out a print instruction, a print information generating part 103 generates print information. He delivers the print information to a print information management part 105 and stores it in a print information storing part 104 and notifies a display information management part 102 that storage is finished. The part 102 acquires the location information of a printer 107 and a printer group based on location information that is acquired from an information storing part 106, makes it a pattern and shows it on a display device 100. That makes it possible to visually and clearly show the location states of plural printer resources.
