PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and simply execute position adjusting work of an electric apparatus to a rod by easy slide movement and to also ensure electric waterproof efficiency as well as the facilitation of electric wiring work. SOLUTION: An electric apparatus 1 is formed by dividing it into a basic stand member 2 and a main body member 3, the interior finish of a power supplysection 5 of a non-contact power supply member 4 is made to the basic stand member 2 and, at the same time, the interior finish of a power receiving section 6 of the non-contact power supply member 4 is made to the main body member 3. The basic stand member 2 is provided to a rod 7 in a longitudinally slidable manner, and the main body member 3 is mounted to the basic stand member 2 in a state to oppose the power supply section 5 of the non-contact power supply member 4 to the power receiving section 6.
