PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a manufacturing method for a biosensor high in sensor output and small in irregularity of output, by coating the biosensor with a mixture solution of an oxidoreductase and an electron transfer body (a mediator) and drying it by a vacuum drying method. SOLUTION: A working electrode and a counter electrode or a working electrode, a counter electrode and a reference electrode are formed on an insulating substrate such as a ceramic substrate or the like. Leads of the working electrodes, the counter electrode and the reference electrode are formed by a method or the like in which silver electrodes are formed once by a screen printing method so as to be electrolyzed at a constant current. Then, a mixture layer of an oxidoreductase and a mediator is formed don the working electrode, on the counter electrode and on the reference electrode. As the oxidoreductase, glucose oxidase(GOD) or the like is used. In addition, as the mediator, potassium ferricyanide or the like is sued. When the mixture layer is formed on the respective electrodes, an aqueous solution is dropped on the respective electrodes by a dropping method or the like. At this time, the mixture layer is formed by drying the solution under a vacuum, condition. |
