The elements form panels that are each formed of a rectangular frame with two uprights (1) and two cross bars (2) which have the same rectangular section. Each upright and cross bar have two parallel longitudinal grooves (8,9) that hold two plates. The frames are joined together by two U-shaped sections (3) that are articulated on each other. They each have a core (21) and two wings (22,23) whose ends are bent inwards (24). The ends engage in notches (7,42) in the uprights and cross bars that are at the same distance from the free ends of the frame.
