The method involves making an angle joint (1) between two panels (2,3) made in a polymerised and hardened resin material. A pliable band of joining material (4) is placed along the joining edges of the panels, and in the gaps between the panels. The band of joining material is supple, malleable and not polymerised and compatible with that of the constituents of the panels. The band of joining material is placed on the areas to be worked so that it marries up to edges (7,8) of the internal faces of the panels. By heating the joining band, it is polymerised so that it solidifies on the internal faces and forms a sealed and aesthetic joint on the exterior. |
