FIELD: cleaning air medium above roads in large towns with intensive traffic. SUBSTANCE: ducts are mounted at edges of road and are connected with fans and filters; power supply of fans is effected due to portion of shaft projecting beyond surface of road; this portion of shaft may be engageable with wheels of transport facilities; shaft is connected with generator of fan. Complex provides for cleaning the air from toxic admixtures at its own power supply source which may be also used as an emergency power supply source for some objects.
