FIELD: otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: blades 1, 2 are coupled by screw 3 and bent at angle of 45 deg. Operating ends 4 of blades 1,2 are 10-12 mm long and are bent at angle of 10 dwg. External surface of operating end 4 of blade 2 is ground in form of sharp trihedral prism. Operating end 4 of blade 1 is provided with olive-shaped bead 5 at distance of 5 mm from sharp end to limit depth of introduction into tissues.
