FIELD: stationary tools for screwing pipes and parts of turbodrills in repairing stations. SUBSTANCE: pipe wrench includes frame and arranged in said frame: drive unit, reduction gear and chuck. Radial slides kinematically connected one with another and self-clamping profiled cams also kinematically connected one with another and mounted in pairs on said slides are mounted in body of said chuck. Kinematic connection of cams of each pair is realized by means of connecting rod provided with member for fixing initial position of cams. Such structure eliminates deformation of screwed pipes at gripping them. EFFECT: enlarged range of pipes. 3 dwg
