FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming muco-submucous flap by making inverted U-shaped incision in the region of entrance to the vagina. Posterolateral vaginal walls are mobilized. Adventitial muscular layer of the vagina is separated in the region of fundus. Tongue-shaped flap is produced from naked muco-submucous flap. The flap base is in the region adjacent to the urethra or urinary bladder. Adventitial muscular layer borders of the vagina are fixed to the muscle lifting the anus. Vestibulovaginal anastomosis is applied by suturing tongue-shaped vaginal flap to the anterior border of the perineal frontal wound. Posterior segments of the anastomosis are formed by suturing the vaginal entrance flap to muco- submucous vaginal layer border. Flaps from the large and small pudendal lips are sutured to lateral borders of the muco-submucous layer of the atretic vagina. EFFECT: retained exterior appearance of female genital organs. 1 dwgd
