FIELD: physico-chemical mechanics of materials. SUBSTANCE: present invention describes composition material comprising nickel-aluminium-boron alloy, and molybdenum dispersedly strengthened with oxides. In order to improve heat resistance, nickel alloy further comprises dispersedly strengthening metal oxides selected from yttrium, lanthanum, aluminium zirconium, hafnium. The claimed composition material comprises (wt %): 7-62 nickel-aluminium-boron alloy dispersedly strengthened with oxides and molybdenum dispersedly strengthened with oxides, the balance. Particle size of oxides in molybdenum is 0.003-0.03 mcm. Particle size of oxides in nickel alloy is 0.005-0.30 mcm. Nickel alloy has components (wt %): 1-3 metal oxide selected from yttrium, lanthanum, aluminium, zirconium and hafnium; 12- 15 aluminium, 0.005-0.2 boron; and the nickel balance. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition material. |
