METHOD FOR RECONSTRUCTION OF DWELLING BUILDING

FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for reconstruction of low-storey houses. Reconstructed house has built-up external structure with supports based on independent foundation, external walls and trusses with superstructure. Support is made in the form of double-pillar frame. Internal pillar of frame is installed vertically on independent foundation made in zone of resting of internal pillar in the form of strip raft framework with flats protruding normally towards house being reconstructed. Resting on flats are external pillars of frame with external wall installed on them. Angle of incline of external pillar of frame together with external wall to horizon is within limits of 60-90 deg. Trusses of superstructure rest on double-pillar frame with creation of cantilevers. In apartments located one above other in building under reconstruction additional inter-apartment partition is erected perpendicularly to external wall, and each of newly created apartments one above other are connected by staircase thus converting them into double-level apartments. Aforesaid method allows for carrying out reconstruction of building without moving its tenants to other dwelling units. It also increases useful floor area and makes premises more comfortable.
