<p>FIELD: plastic metal working, namely rolling continuously cast slabs to strips or sheets. SUBSTANCE: aggregate includes at least one plant for continuously casting thin or mean-thickness slabs. Said plant includes successively arranged: continuous casting machine, at least one shears for shearing slabs, system for restoring temperature, group of rolling stands and possibly cooler for cooling strip or sheet. Aggregate is provided with unit for increasing rate of slab feed. Said unit is arranged behind said shears. Temperature restoring system includes induction furnace, low-speed scale breaker and tunnel furnace arranged after said induction furnace and emergency shears. High-speed scale breaker is arranged between said tunnel furnace and group of rolling stands. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of aggregate due to high degree of coordination of passing- through capability of its separate stations in conditions of continuous flow line production. 22 cl, 8 dwgg</p> |
