ROLL GROOVED PASS SYSTEM FOR MAKING TROUGH-SHAPED BENT SECTIONS

FIELD: rolled stock production, namely manufacture of rather small trough-shaped bent sections. SUBSTANCE: roll grooved pass system includes mounted with gap in pairs upper and lower rolls having mean and edge members being bodies of revolution and having shaping radius portions. Said rolls form successively arranged rough, intermediate and finish grooved passes. Mean members of upper rolls of last rough pass and of all intermediate passes are in the form of two truncated cones joined by their small bases. Inclination angle of cone generatrix relative to its axis consists 20-35 degrees. Edge members of said rolls are in the form of truncated cones turned by their small bases towards mean members. Cone generatrix is inclined relative to cone axis by angle 10-12 degrees. Value of shaping radius of mean members of said rolls consists 0.5-0.8 of shaping radius of edge members.
