FIELD: simultaneous generation of heat, cold and electric power. SUBSTANCE: boiler plant includes gas-turbine unit, steam turbine, low-pressure steam generator and hot-water boiler. Provision is made for bypass of part of steam from steam generator and after steam turbine to combustion chamber at operation of gas turbine on steam-and-gas mixture. Specific feature of this system consists in availability of gas-and-water surface-type cooler-condenser which makes it possible to separate steam from combustion products of coolers during operation of steam-and-gas mixture; cooler-condenser is connected before evaporator of refrigerating plant.
