The tool has a control element selectively switching the motor unit (14) between first and second regimes. There is an arm (28) which can be fitted either between the frame (12) or motor unit and control element's operating component (32), or in communication with them. This is in order to support the operating component relative to the frame in an operating position. At least one section of the arm has several degrees of freedom of movement relative to the frame, to enable selective location of the operating component by an operator.
