摘要 FIELD: vacuum lattice columns used in chemical, petrochemical, gas and allied industries. SUBSTANCE: column includes vertical cylindrical body accommodating in tiers over height, centrifugal lattices with diameter equalling body inner diameter; centripetal lattices installed under centrifugal lattices and made in the form of cones oriented with their bases upward and tightly contacting the column internal walls. Centrifugal and centripetal lattices are provided with arched slots, whose convexity are directed upward. Slots are located uniformly over concentric circumferences. Centrifugal lattices are made in the form of cones with their vertexes upward and acute angle of inclination of generators to horizontal two times as low as that of centripetal lattices. Installed axisymmetrically above centrifugal lattices are deflecting discs made in the form of truncated cones oriented with their large base upward and adjacent to body walls. Installed axisymmetrically above centripetal lattices are deflecting cones oriented with their vertexes upward and with acute angle of generators to horizontal, and diameter smaller than body inner diameter. Made on deflecting discs and cones are arched slots with convexities upward and located uniformly over concentric circumferences. Axes of arched slots on centripetal lattices and on deflecting conical are directed at an acute angle to generators from periphery to center, to one and the same side, and on deflecting cones and centrifugal lattices, at an acute angle to generator from center to periphery, to one and the same side. EFFECT: higher efficiency of mass transfer between gas(vapor) and liquid due to reduced longitudinal mixing of liquid on tray; increased dwelling time of liquid on tray in contact with gas(vapor). 7 dwgt
