Device for forced ventilation, especially for roof of vehicle

The device has a hood (3) with an opening, which is closable by a corrugated flap (2). The flap is closed by movement of the airstream and is kept open when the vehicle is stationary by gravity. The flap is mounted to rotate on the hood, and has a first section (2a) to form an air resistance, and a second section (2b) to seal the hood. The first section is located forwards with respect to the direction of travel. Oscillation damping devices (8,9) are provided between the flap and hood.
