<p>The invention concerns a press comprising a working bowl (12) containing a rotating pressing implement (23) including a vertical shaft (27) bearing at least one blade (30) maintained in contact against a fixed sieve (40) by the action of a return spring (44), and coupled in rotation with the output shaft (19) of a motor unit by means of a coupling device (38), the blade-bearing shaft (27) being adapted, in case the blade (30) encounters a hard object, to rise against the action of the spring. The invention is characterised in that the coupling device (38) also constitutes a device for disconnecting the blade-bearing shaft (27) from the output shaft (19) of the motor unit when the blade-bearing shaft (27) rises. The invention is applicable to kitchen robots.</p> |
