Disclosed is a grip of an endoscopic instrument, comprising at least one movable operating element for the mechanical control of a tool unit placed on the distal shaft end of the endoscopic instrument and a base body. The invention is characterized in that the base body exhibits a substantially symmetrical form which is adapted to the ergonomics of the human hand in such a way that the endoscopic instrument can only be fixed via the base body, which can be at least partially enclosed by means of an inner surface for a hand formed as a fist, and that the operating element can be moved in relation to the base body. |
