PURPOSE:To obtain a balloon part which is improved in wear resistance and is hardly clinically breakable by providing the balloon part consisting of a film which is formed of a polymer having >=50000 number average mol.wt. and has >=95kg/cm<2> initial 100% modulus. CONSTITUTION:The polymer having >=50000 number average mol.wt. is required to be used as the balloon material and the initial 100% modulus of the formed film is required to be >=95kg/cm<2>. The kinds of the polymer are not particularly limited; various kinds of polymers, such as polyurethane, polyurethane urea, polyurethane/silicone block copolymer, fluorinated polyurethane, and fluorinated polyurethane urea are adequately applicable. The polymer may be blends of other polymers or the same kinds of the polymers, such as polymer blend of the polyurethane and polydimethyl siloxane. Thereby, the break preventive effect is obtd. |
