Disclosed is a system containing two independently arranged filtering levels, wherein the first level contains a sorption filter (2) coating drain (1) which is situated in a ballast drain layer (3). Provided underneath said layers are a three-layer mineral insulation (6) and a collecting conduit (8) mouthing into the second layer. The second layer consists of a filtration sorption shaft (11) with an intake orifice (9) and an outlet orifice, the latter being connected to an outlet piping (10). The shaft is filled with a replaceable sorption filter (14) sized according to water pollution. The filtration sorption shaft (11) is connected with an accumulation shaft (15).
