The damper has a rotor (3) which is in the form of a cylindrical disc (4), and which is arranged in a housing (2). A viscous medium (6) is located in the intervening space (5) between the housing and the rotor, and the latter is connected to a shaft (7) which projects from a covering panel (8) which overlaps the housing. At least one part of an end surface (9) of the rotor disc, and one or more parts of the sides (10) of the housing which are associated with these surfaces, are in the form of a labyrinth. The latter is formed by raised regions (12) and depressions (13), and defines at least one part of the space. |
