PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing at low cost the subject wine having well-balanced taste with integrated feeling between tea and sparkling wine without the need of substantial design change of a conventional beer production equipment. SOLUTION: First, pouring hot water to be fed for adjusting the wort extract concentration of wort before its fermentation process is incorporated with tea extract. To adjust the wort extract concentration of the wort reserved in an adjustment tank 20, hot water is fed from a hot water storage tank 10 into the wort in the adjustment tank 20. In corporation of the pouring hot water with tea extract can be accomplished by charging tea leaves into the pouring hot water in the hot water storage tank 10, an the resultant tea extract-contg. pouring hot water is mixed with the wort before its fermentation, and the objective tea-flavored sparkling wine is produced via the subsequent processes. |
