PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carbonated water manufacturing device by which carbonated water is manufactured in a short time even at room temperature. SOLUTION: In this device 10, a carbonator tank 11 pressurized by gaseous CO2 is horizontally installed and the tank 11 is provided with two jetting nozzles 12, 12 for jetting pressurized water in mist-like fine water droplets at the top thereof. The jetting nozzles 12, 12 jet pressurized water in mist-like fine water droplets to hit them against the inner wall surfaces of water droplet receivers 17. The water droplets hit against the inner wall surfaces of the water droplet receivers 17 are raised. In each of jetting, hitting and raising processes, fine water droplets absorb gaseous CO2 in the atmosphere to make them carbonated water, which is accumulated in the water droplet receivers 17. The contact area of the water droplets and the gaseous CO2 atmosphere is increased to easily take up the gaseous CO2 in the water droplets. |
