PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the exposure of the end part of a surface skin material and the outward exposure of a belt inserting through hole, and to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the surface skin material and a belt guide for improving an outside appearance in the case where tensile force is given to the surface skin material. SOLUTION: A slit 26 is formed along the belt inserting hole 2a of a surface skin material 2, and the projection part 33 of a frame-shaped frame 31 is inserted in the slit 26, and a belt guide 15 is inserted in a belt inserting through hole 2a. A claw inserting hole 35 is formed in either of the belt guide 15 or the projection part 33 of the frame-shaped frame 31, and a claw part 22 locked in the claw inserting hole 35 is formed in the other side of them. |
