PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the concentration of aluminum contained in a blood serum or plasma specimen with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This method is to manufacture a blood-collecting tube for keeping aluminum contamination concentration causing the dispersion of aluminum concentration in a specimen at such a value as equal to or less than 1.0μg/dl by reducing an aluminum content of a blood coagulation accelerator or a blood anticoagulant via the filtration thereof through metallic chelate filter paper, or by using a rubber plug coated with crosslinked silicone oil as a plug.
