PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use without the direct flow and back flow of ink and writing scratch in a writing implement which is filled with water base ink having shear- reduced viscosity or oil base ink of low viscosity and has ball point pen tips in front of the end of a shaft cylinder. SOLUTION: A spring 20 is set in the inner hole of each of tips 6, 6', the back of a tip ball 7 is pushed by the end of the spring 20 to make the ball 7 contact the inner surface of a ball holding part at the end of the tip, each of the tips 6, 6' is fixed closely engagingly to the mounting hole of a holder 8, the holder 8 is fixed at the end of a joint 3 in front of the shaft cylinder, tip rear ends, a valve chamber communicating with an ink chamber, and a leading hole are mounted on the axis of the joint 3, a ball valve 5 is engaged loosely in the valve chamber, and the ball valve 5 is installed to close the lead hole with the tips directed upward. |
