摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate essentially assembly errors between an adjust lever and an adjust lever guide, and thus enhance each positional accuracy in the switching position and scale by providing integrally a guide for the distal end of an adjust lever at a side plate for supporting a carriage guide. SOLUTION: A guide receptacle 3 for supporting the eccentric shaft end of a carriage guide is set at a side plate 1 near the platen 2, and one end of the side plate 1 is expansion formed toward the surface as an expansion 4. At the out end part of the expansion 4, an arcuate adjust lever guide 5 consisting of resin material being about the guide receptacle 3 is secured in a T-shape in a condition where its arcuate surface is turned upward. A knob part 8a at the tip end of the adjust lever 8 fixed to the shaft end of the carriage guide is passed slidably through a slit formed in its longitudinal direction. In this structure, assembly errors can be eliminated between the adjust lever 8 and the adjust lever guide 5, and thereby adjusting the platen gap with accuracy on the basis of the scale.
