PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing the number of contaminating tumor cells in a stem cell preparation. SOLUTION: This method for reducing the number of contaminating tumor cells on the transplantation of stem cells in vitro comprises bringing a stem cell transplantation piece having the possibility of tumor cell contamination contact with the T-cell receptor complex of T-cell, the Fc receptor of Fc receptor-positive cell and two specific intact antibodies capable of binding to tumor-related antigens on tumor cells at least for a time sufficient for reducing the number of the contaminating tumor cells in the stem cell transplantation piece.
