PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain block-shaped instand solid-state Miso (fermented soybean paste) soup with which the taste of stewing or conditioning can be suitably adjustably applied to ingredient raw materials by seasoning materials such as Miso, and the materials and seasoned Miso soup can be speedily restored by pouring hot water. SOLUTION: A mixed aqueous solution of Miso liquid containing Miso in 2-20wt.% and excipient is charged into ingredient raw materials housed in a molded vessel for one meal, and frozen so as to cover the materials and, next, a thick by seasoned Miso liquid is additionally poured onto the frozen layer, preliminarily frozen, and then lyophilized. |
