PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold stably continuously while a burr remaining in a mold can be surely eliminated by a method wherein a second parting surface is installed to the mold in addition to a molding product taking out parting surface. SOLUTION: For removal of a burr for which there is no means other than cleaning by breaking down a conventional mold, the burr can be simply surely eliminated from a gas vent 3 by providing a second parting surface 15 to the mold. A movable core pin 6 can open the second parting surface 15 by being fixed to a movable side template B11 so that the gas vent 12 carved in the movable side core pin 6 comes to be of a state of being seen from outside the mold. That is, since the burr 13 remaining on the gas vent 3 is stuck to the movable side core pin 6, it is exposed outside, and comes to be capable of being treated from outside the mold. |
