PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize UV-ray color developing properties exhibiting contrast sufficient for determining the position of a conductor circuit pattern and a liquid solder resist pattern by forming a UV-ray color developing layer on a transparent plastic film and laminating an adhesive layer thereon. SOLUTION: An organic solvent soluble resin selected from polyvinyl acetate, vinylchloride-vinylacetate copolymer, polyvinyl pyrrolidone, ethylcellulose, methylcellulose or cellulose acetate is admixed with 1-50wt.% of a photocromic compound or a photooxidation agent and a leuco dye developing a color through photooxidation reaction thus forming a UV-ray color developing layer on a transparent plastic film. Adhesive layers where an UV-ray absorbing agent is added by 10-70wt.% to an acryl based adhesive or a rubber based adhesive are then laminated sequentially on the UV-ray color developing layer to produce a UV-ray color developing sheet for aligning a liquid photoresist. |
