PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a levelled production plan so as not to break down lots by properly inserting works which can not be formed into lots and are rearranged by specification between lots forming a temporary production plan so as to prepare the production plan. SOLUTION: A tally table preparation part 35 prepares a tally table front the results obtained from production hysteresis up to this time, so that a levelled production plan is prepared for production of vehicle. A priority order table 42 houses the priority order by color. A linear arrangement plan preparation part 25 prepares a temporary linear arrangement table at every color based on a requird quantity by color, the tally table, and the priority order, and houses them in a temporary linear arrangement table 45. Works which can not be formed into lots and are rearranged by specification, are properly inserted between the lots forming a temporary production plan, so as to prepare the production plan. |
