PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the solution velocity of alkali metal hydrogencarbonate granules to water by specifying the concn. of an aq. binder soln. when base particles contg. at least one kind of alkali metal hydrogencarbonate and having a specified average particle diameter are mixed with the binder soln. and the granules are produced. SOLUTION: Base particles contg. at least one kind of alkali metal hydrogencarbonate and having $150μm average particle diameter are mixed with an aq. soln. of a binder reducing the solubility of the base and alkali metal hydrogencarbonate granules fit for medicines, etc., are produced. At this time, the concn. of the binder soln. is regulated to >=35wt.% of the saturation concn. of the binder to water and the binder is used by 0.1-14wt.% of the amt. of the base. An alkali metal salt is preferably used as the binder. When the base is sodium hydrogencarbonate, an inorg. or org. acid salt of an alkali metal is preferably used. The diameter of produced granules is not especially limited but is preferably 0.5-10mm. |
