PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve abrasion resistance to concrete cast into each void by forming a thermal-sprayed film on the inner surface of a mold. SOLUTION: Thermal-sprayed films 25, 26 are formed on the uneven-backing treated surface of each part using a high speed flame fusion coating machine with the use of thermet fine powder. The thermal-sprayed film 25 is formed on the whole surface of the rib 17c of a rib attachment 17 and the whole surface of each core 18c, 18d of a core bar assembly 18. In this way, abrasion resistance to concrete can be improved, a long life is obtained, numbers of decorative blocks can be produced without generating distortion in size and shape, and rust generation due to water in concrete can be prevented. By forming the flame-coated film 26 on the outer surface of each bar 17a of the rib attachment 17 and the both surfaces of the bar 18a of the core bar assembly 18, the abrasion of each part is prevented when concrete is cast into each void A1, A2 from a material supply box. |
