SILICON-RUBBER COMPOSITION AND PAPER-SENDING RUBBER MEMBER USING THE COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new silicone-rubber composition having a high initial friction coefficient and capable of forming a paper-sending rubber member free from a large decrease in a friction coefficient even after repeated uses in paper-sending because of excellent abrasion resistance and to provide a paper-sending rubber member having excellent characteristics by using the composition. SOLUTION: This silicone-rubber composition is obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a non-vulcanized rubber compound, whose loss factor tanδis in the range satisfying 0 to 1×10<6> . At least the surface of a rubber member for sending paper is prepared by using a vulcanized material of the above silicone-rubber composition.
