<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a four-pieces solid golf ball which is improved in a carry while the excellent feeling at impact is maintained. SOLUTION: This four-pieces solid golf ball consists of a center 1, two layers as intermediate layers 5 which are formed on this center 1 and consist of two layers; an inside layer 2 and an outside layer 3, a cover 4 covering these intermediate layers 5. In such a case, the center 1 has a diameter of 15 to 25mm and JIS(Japanese Industrial Standards) C-hardness of 65 to 80. The inside layer 2 as an intermediate layer has 2 to 13mm thickness and JIS C-hardness of 70 to 85. The outside layer 3 as an intermediate layer has 1.3 to 2.5mm thickness and JIS C-hardness of 40 to 80. The cover has 1.7 to 2.9mm thickness and Shore D hardness of 62 to 72.</p> |
